Tickets
Your tickets are available in the Tickets tab of your customer portal. For events happening tonight, your QR code will be displayed prominently at the top of the page for quick scanning at the venue entrance.
Tickets are non-transferable. However, you can update the attendee name on your tickets before the event date by viewing the ticket details in the Tickets tab.
Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the issue persists, show your order confirmation email or order number to our staff at the entrance. You can also access your order details in the Orders tab.
Yes! When viewing your tickets, you will see options to add them to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. This makes it easy to access your tickets offline.
Reschedule & Refunds
You can reschedule eligible tickets directly from the Tickets tab. Look for the "Reschedule" button on your ticket card. You can select a new date and time slot based on availability.
If upgrading to a more expensive ticket type or date, you will pay the difference. Downgrades are processed as free reschedules.
Refunds are available up to 48 hours before your scheduled event time. After that window closes, you may reschedule your tickets to a different date instead.
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number.
Add-on purchases (like Lightning Pass or experiences) follow the same refund policy as tickets. If you reschedule your ticket, compatible add-ons will be moved to your new date.
If you arrive late but the event is still open, our staff will do their best to accommodate you. However, we cannot guarantee admission for missed time slots, and no refunds are provided for no-shows.
At the Event
Bring your phone with the QR code ready (or your wallet pass). We recommend:
- Comfortable, closed-toe shoes
- Weather-appropriate clothing (the event continues rain or shine)
- A fully charged phone for your QR code
Leave valuables at home or in your car.
Yes, free parking is available on site with plenty of spaces. VIP parking closer to the entrance is available for purchase as an add-on.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot. This gives you time to park and check in. Gates open at 7:00 PM on event nights.
Re-entry is not permitted once you have entered the attraction. Please plan to stay for the duration of your visit.
Our attractions are recommended for ages 12 and up. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Parental discretion is advised as the experience contains intense scares.
Accessibility
Yes, we offer wheelchair accessible routes through all attractions. Some areas may have limited accessibility due to terrain or effects. Please contact us in advance so we can arrange the best experience for you.
Service animals are welcome at our venue. Please notify staff upon arrival so we can ensure a safe experience for you and your service animal. Emotional support animals are not permitted due to the nature of the attraction.
We can provide accommodations for guests with sensory sensitivities. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your visit to discuss your needs. We may be able to adjust lighting or sound in certain areas.
If you need to exit the attraction at any time, simply tell any staff member "I need to leave" and they will escort you to the nearest exit. Our staff are trained to assist guests who need to leave quickly.
